WELCOME TO TITAN 4 STROKE VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT PAGE
Valve adjustment is Screw Type and easy to do for any good Mechanic.  Follow the steps below. Valve clearance should be
checked right after Break in which is  after 250 miles or  after the first 15 hours of operation.  Check and adjust if needed. After
Break in, valve clearance should be checked and adjusted if needed at 1000 miles. After that, Then valve clearance should be
checked and adjusted every 2000 miles or once every 2 years which ever comes first.
STEP 1 - Remove Tank and Tank
Bracket.
STEP 2 - Remove Valve Cover. Be
careful not to damage valve cover

rotate motor to TDC.
STEP 4 - Loosen Lock nut with 8mm
wrench and Adjust Valve
Clearance with flat tip screw driver
turning center screw.  Both intake

when proper clearance has be
attained.
